Brian supports Anova’s research team by assisting in the creation and execution of tailored research projects. Brian creates survey guides, coordinates between key stakeholders, and organizes and analyzes incoming data to identify key trends and findings.

Brian graduated from Villanova’s School of Business with a degree in Finance. Before coming on board at Anova, Brian amassed experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and project management. He has held roles at JPMorgan Chase, Quest Diagnostics, and the Inception Company, an innovative technology-driven communications company. Brian combines his client service experience with his background in financial and data analysis to understand the clients’ needs and craft reports that best address those needs.

Originally from Westchester, NY, Brian has recently moved into the North End in Boston. In his free time, Brian is an avid reader who enjoys cooking, watching basketball, and playing tennis.

Harriet supports Anova’s research team by conducting specialized market research, including compiling, analyzing, and summarizing qualitative and quantitative data in order to derive actionable insights. She interacts with and prepares custom presentations for clients in a wide variety of industries, sharing strategic intelligence and recommendations to support decision making and improve competitiveness.

Harriet draws on her knowledge base of market analysis from a Market Research internship at youbloom, a live music company, at which she used customer data to drive marketing campaigns. She also deepened her knowledge of the industry in her research efforts at Dogs At Work, a promotional marketing agency.

A recent graduate from Connecticut College with a psychology major and applied statistics minor, Harriet has ample experience working with both quantitative and qualitative data and conducting research, and she is a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society in Psychology. A native of Brunswick, Maine, she enjoys spending time outdoors with her dogs, skiing, travelling, reading, and playing pickleball.
