Jeannine has 18 years of client relationship management and sales experience.  She  oversees Anova’s interviewing staff and is responsible for training, client communications and executive interviewing. She also leads all technology and enterprise software engagements for Anova.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeannine was director of client relationship management for Authoria, Inc., a leading enterprise software provider.  She also served as assistant vice president of operations for American Finance Group, a lease financing and financial services institution.

Jeannine lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two young children. She grew up one of seven and enjoys spending time with her growing extended family of nieces and nephews.  In her free time, Jeannine serves on the executive board of her children’s school and volunteers with local non-profits, including Dress for Success and Operation Linus.  She also enjoys cooking and running.

Jeannine is a graduate of St. Michael’s College where she earned a BA in Modern Languages, with honors.

Sarah conducts market research and in-depth interviews with executives and consultants across a broad spectrum of technology and financial services organizations. For clients working with Anova’s myView program, Sarah onboards, manages, and leads the research. In addition, Sarah is responsible for the research team’s hiring and training across all programs.

Prior to joining Anova, Sarah served as a consultant to start-up companies, helping the founders manage the process from idea to launch. Sarah has over 20 years of professional experience with financial services, technology, and telecommunications companies where she has created and executed detailed business plans, analyzed new business opportunities, and valued multi-billion dollar acquisitions and strategic joint ventures.

Sarah lives with her husband and three daughters in a suburb of Boston. In her free time, she is an active volunteer in her community and in her children’s schools and she enjoys gardening.

Sarah received a BA in Mathematics with honors from Bowdoin College and an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.

Arnold is an executive interviewer for Anova’s investment management practice.  He is responsible for gathering insights for Anova’s clients through in-depth interviews with institutional investors and consultants.

Prior to joining Anova, Arnold had a long and diverse career in the financial services industry.  He was most recently a principal at STW Fixed Income Management in Santa Barbara, California and previously held management, marketing, and client service positions at ICMA Retirement Corporation, Pacific Capital Fixed Income Advisors, SSgA, William M. Mercer Asset Planning, and Aetna.

Arnold grew up in Delaware, Ohio and has three sons, a daughter and two grandchildren.  In his free time, he enjoys swimming and fitness training.  He also loves listening to music, a hobby that may have influenced his youngest son, who is a professional rock musician. Arnold is also a chili aficionado and a two-time participant in the F.X. Tolbert-Wick Fowler International Chili Cook-Off Championship, which is held in Terlingua, Texas each fall.

Arnold holds a BA in Business Administration from Hanover College.

With more than 15 years of industry experience, Jenn conducts market research projects for Anova’s technology and enterprise software clients.

Prior to joining Anova, Jenn was Senior Field Marketing Manager of Enterprise Sales at Globoforce where she partnered with field sales to develop territory-level marketing plans and campaigns. While there, she earned the CEO’s Hero Award for her outstanding work and significant contributions to prospects and client facing activities. Jenn also worked at Ascential Software Corporation where she was an Account Development Representative. In addition, Jenn has held positions at Quality Matters Consulting, Art Technology Group, and Dell Financial Services.

Jenn lives on Boston’s North Shore with her husband and two children. In her free time, she is an active volunteer in her children’s school, and she enjoys skiing, running, cooking, gardening and traveling.

Jenn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of New Hampshire.

Sylvia conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services and defined contribution clients. She is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.

During her extensive, 40+ year career in financial services Sylvia used her contagious enthusiasm to quarterback strategic, results-focused product development initiatives in the retirement plan services arena. She is an operations expert with extensive experience organizing and directing development activities and evaluating long-term planning goals to recommend products and services that enable companies to maximize their operational potential.

Sylvia joins Anova from New York Life Retirement Plan Services where, during her 13 years, she served as Vice President of Marketing, Insurance Operations, and Services; Director of Product Development and Process Improvement; and Product Development Manager. Before that, Sylvia worked at Hartford Life Insurance as Manager of Product Development and at Aetna Life & Casualty, leaving the company as Manager of the Marketing Department.

Sylvia lives in Arizona with her husband, who is retired. In her free time she enjoys reading, quilting, working on family genealogy, and spending time with her children and grandchildren.

In addition to an Associates Degrees from Charter Oak College, Sylvia has a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She has passed the FINRA Series 7 and 63 Exams.

Curt conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services clients. He is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.

Curt is a seasoned private wealth investment advisor experienced at portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio and performance reviews. He has 29 years of successful sales and marketing experience with investment and debt products and an in-depth knowledge of asset management and the capital markets.

Prior to joining Anova, Curt worked at Communications Capital Group, Washington Mutual, Imperial Capital Bank, American Commercial Finance, BankBoston, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., and Winthrop Financial Associates.

Curt has an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from Babson College.

Patty brings more than 15 years of experience in all phases of market research to her role as Executive Interviewer for Anova’s technology and human capital management clients.

Prior to joining Anova, Patty was Principal of her own market research consulting firm. Patty’s clients included Fidelity, Sovereign Bank, MarketSource / Allegis Group, and Starfish LLC. Prior to consulting, Patty held market research positions at Maybelline, Duracell, Gillette, Imagitas, and Dunkin’ Brands.

Patty earned an MBA in Marketing from Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University where she was awarded an OGSM academic achievement scholarship. She received a BA in English from Wellesley College.

Eileen conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services and defined contribution clients. She is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.

Eileen joins Anova after an 18-year career working with New York Life Retirement Plan Services. During her time at New York Life, she filled various roles including Vice President of Relationship Management, Assistant Vice President of Project Management and Manager of Internal Sales. Her responsibilities included overseeing the training of associates on ERISA regulations, overseeing the plan sponsor conversion / onboarding process, and overseeing the content and development of the quarterly plan sponsor newsletters.

Eileen lives on Long Island, New York with her five young children, her husband, and her Wheaten Terrier, Minnie. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, spending time in the theatre watching her girls sing and dance and on the lacrosse and baseball fields watching her boys.

Eileen attended the Boston Conservatory of Music where she studied Musical Theatre.

Laurie applies her dedication to the development of actionable strategic solutions for financial services companies to conduct research projects for clients across Anova’s defined contribution and investment management practices.

Laurie began her 20+-year financial services career at Columbia Management Group as an inside wholesaler. She was promoted consistently during her tenure, which culminated in the position of Marketing Communications Senior Project Manager. In this role she supervised communications and promotional activities for the firm’s broker/dealer, retirement, and annuity businesses.

Laurie also served as Vice President and Marketing Manager for Scudder Kemper Investments. She directed the creation of collateral for fee-based financial advisors, managed national trade advertising campaigns, and implemented third-party marketing programs with business partners such as Schwab, OneSource, Fidelity FundsNetwork, and E*Trade.

Most recently, Laurie was Principal of her own consulting firm providing marketing strategy and communications for a variety of retirement and financial services clients including Bank of America, Fidelity Retirement Plan Services, John Hancock Funds, UPromise, SBLI, Voya, and Putnam Investments.

Laurie received a BA in European History from Wheaton College (MA). She has passed the FINRA Series 6 and 26 exams.

Lisa conducts interviews with senior executives, directors, and managers for Anova’s healthcare, technology, and financial services clients. Lisa has over 20 years of experience gathering insights to help businesses innovate and improve their processes, products, and services.

Lisa’s experience ranges from market research and sales enablement to product launch and marketing communications, across a variety of businesses and industries. Prior to joining Anova, Lisa was a Product Marketing Manager in the healthcare industry, most recently with Wolters Kluwer and Hologic. Previously, she was involved with non-profit and consumer goods organizations.  Lisa has also managed a variety of marketing, research, and analysis projects with a focus on determining needs and recommending solutions.

Lisa lives in the Boston area with her husband and three children. She volunteers for a variety of local organizations and enjoys biking, skiing, theatre, and traveling.

Lisa earned an MBA with a Marketing concentration from Bentley College Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology and German from Colgate University.


Ellen Murachver

Ellen brings over 25 years of experience in medical and social research to her role as Executive Interviewer for Anova’s Healthcare clients.

Ellen’s career in research began as a consultant to Cornell University Department of Human Ecology and the Harvard School of Public Health.  She later joined the staff of the Judge Baker Children’s Center, an affiliate of Harvard Medical School and a leader in children’s mental health services and research. Prior to joining the Anova team, Ellen worked at Partners HealthCare, where she used her extensive knowledge of clinical trials operations and human subjects research as project manager of numerous trials investigating the innovative use of technology in healthcare delivery.

Ellen lives in a western suburb of Boston with her husband and her Shih Tzu, Tibby.  She enjoys spending time with her grown children, traveling, reading, and any time the weather allows her to be at the beautiful New England seashore.

Ellen holds a Master of Social Work degree from the State University of Albany, New York and Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with honors from Queens College, New York.

John Rooney

With 30 years of financial services experience, John has held leadership positions in relationship management, business development, and investment operations roles. He has led large international teams in global expansion, process re-engineering, strategic development, client servicing, and technology initiatives. His career includes executive positions at Wellington Management Company, Brown Brothers Harriman, Northern Trust Co., and Putnam Investments.

John enjoys spending time with his family, working on improving his golf game, and trying to get calls right when officiating high school basketball and baseball games.

John earned an MBA from Suffolk University and received his BS in Marketing from Boston College.
