Analyst (Full Time, Hybrid Position)

Does sitting across the table (or Zoom screen) from a CEO, discussing their business and how they can improve, excite you? Are you curious to understand how business buying decisions are made? Do you enjoy rolling up your sleeves to analyze both qualitative and quantitative information in the morning so that you can present data-driven ideas to clients in the afternoon?

Anova is searching for an entrepreneurial and detailed-oriented analyst who says yes to all these questions and wants to get out of bed every morning to fulfill the following responsibilities.

What You’ll Do:

Be a trusted point of contact for clients throughout entire engagement. The Anova Analyst directly interfaces with and presents to key client contacts, manages incoming / outgoing data, analyzes Voice of the Customer feedback to identify trends, and crafts strategic recommendations based on findings.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Learn client and industry details, including information on client and competitor product offerings, go-to-market approach, pricing models, and differentiators.
  • Design interview guides and research instruments customized to our client’s needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure program data is accurate to maximize program success.
  • Read, edit, and summarize main themes from interview transcripts for clients.
  • Analyze qualitative and quantitative data sets to create synthesized final reports summarizing main findings from research programs.
  • Partner with senior members of engagement teams in managing deliverables for multiple client engagements at once.
  • Present final reports to executive audiences.

Anova is based in Brookline, MA (accessible to MBTA C / Green Line and buses). Anova is currently in-office Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays and remote on Wednesdays and Fridays.
