Operations Administrator (Full Time, Hybrid Position)

Do you have a knack for organization and a passion to improve workflows and processes? Anova is looking for a detail-oriented operations administrator to assist our client engagement teams in meeting client program goals and achieving operational efficiencies.

What You’ll Do:

Anova’s market research programs involve conducting telephone interviews with the customers of complex business-to-business companies. As Operations Administrator, you will act as a liaison between Anova’s clients and engagement teams (interviewers, analysts) to ensure program goals are met. The operations administrator role is the funnel through which all target interview data will flow before being uploaded to Anova’s proprietary interview management system and distributed to our executive interviewing staff. Attention to detail is essential to ensure information is accurate, formatted correctly, and assigned to the appropriate staff member. Creative problem solving and development of repeatable processes are also important skills, as different clients use different CRM systems and have varying levels of data quality and completeness.

Specific responsibilities include:

Communicate directly with Anova’s clients via email and phone regarding program data.

Use various tools / searches online to vet data accuracy and supplement missing data.

Achieve expert-level abilities in using Anova’s proprietary technologies (Viewpoint, myView).

  • Upload program data.
  • Respond to data questions from executive interviewing team members.
  • Maintain user guides / documentation.
  • Assist in testing new functionality.
  • Periodically audit user accounts and dashboards.
  • Brainstorm new functionality or technical improvements.

Support Director of Operations as needed.

Additional administrative support to client teams as needed.

What You’ll Bring:

Strong organizational and administrative skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.

Strong time management.

Technical curiosity.
