Anova may collect personally identifiable information from our market research clients, such as your:

You may also voluntarily provide certain personal information to us when you elect to participate in our research or use certain products or services. These may include participating in a telephone interview, filling out a survey, registering on our site, filling out a form to request information, or sending us an email message.

Use of your Personal Information
Anova uses the personal information we collect to perform market research (primarily telephone interviews) on behalf of clients with a legitimate business interest in gathering feedback from their prospective buyers, customers, and/or former customers.

Sharing Information with Third Parties
Anova does not sell, rent or lease its customer lists to third parties.

This does not include trusted third parties who assist Anova in operating our website, storing data, or performing other services for us. All such third parties are prohibited from using your personal information except to provide these services to Anova, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.

Anova may disclose your personal information, without notice, if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Anova or the site.
