Senior Research Analyst
Will supports Anova’s research team by participating in the design and administration of custom primary market research programs. This includes learning client-specific details in a variety of industry verticals (product offering, go-to-market strategy, competitive landscape, etc.), analyzing quantitative and qualitative research data, and preparing executive-level client presentations filled with key insights and actionable recommendations.
Prior to joining Anova, Will gained valuable working experience interning at both Needham & Company, an investment bank based out of New York City, and Bombora, a leading provider of B2B intent data. With both companies, Will was able to execute strategic analysis under the direct guidance of high-level executives, researching and analyzing data that ultimately helped him structure internal recommendations.
Will graduated from Williams College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics. Throughout his time at Williams, Will was a member of the Varsity Cross Country and Varsity Track teams. He was a captain for both teams his senior year and was the recipient of the 2021 Franklin F. Olmsted leadership award. Will is a New York native and currently resides in Boston.
Senior Research Analyst
Brian supports Anova’s research team by assisting in the creation and execution of tailored research projects. Brian creates survey guides, coordinates between key stakeholders, and organizes and analyzes incoming data to identify key trends and findings.
Brian graduated from Villanova’s School of Business with a degree in Finance. Before coming on board at Anova, Brian amassed experience in corporate finance, investment banking, and project management. He has held roles at JPMorgan Chase, Quest Diagnostics, and the Inception Company, an innovative technology-driven communications company. Brian combines his client service experience with his background in financial and data analysis to understand the clients’ needs and craft reports that best address those needs.
Originally from Westchester, NY, Brian has recently moved into the North End in Boston. In his free time, Brian is an avid reader who enjoys cooking, watching basketball, and playing tennis.
Yosen supports Anova’s clients in conducting effective and actionable primary market research programs. Yosen assists in designing custom research instruments, interfacing with client stakeholders, and analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to identify pertinent trends.
Yosen brings experience from a previous internship role at Dillon McCandless King Coulter and Graham LLP.
Yosen graduated from Amherst College with Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Biology. Originally from Pittsburgh, PA, Yosen is an avid musician and enjoys cooking as well as eating his way through Boston.
Nicole is a Senior Consultant responsible for the successful execution of her clients’ custom market research programs. Nicole draws on her 17 years of experience in client-facing and sales-facing roles to provide value and consultative feedback to Anova’s clients.
Prior to joining Anova, Nicole developed strong, strategic relationships in multiple sectors, including software, insurance, and banking. Her specific roles have ranged from managing complex B2B implementations / onboarding processes to ongoing client management of policyholders and institutional investors.
Nicole grew up in the Dorchester neighborhood of Boston, MA. She graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in Human Services and from Cambridge College with her MBA. She currently still resides in Boston with her two young children and enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
