Zach focuses his work on ensuring program findings are strategic and actionable for his clients. He partners with clients to ensure research guides are customized to their unique needs and specializes in aggregating and analyzing program data to pinpoint key insights and trends in executive presentations. Additionally, Zach is involved in business development for Anova, managing the Company’s branding and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Anova, Zach spent time working in a sales analytics role with Sun Life Financial and also honed his research and management consulting skills working with ClearEdge Partners, the University of Connecticut School of Business, and various non-profit organizations in Boston.
Zach graduated Cum Laude from Babson College, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Management.
Utilizing her past experience, Mardan works with Anova’s financial service and healthcare clients to create customized research programs, analyze the findings, and provide actionable recommendations. Her client relations experience enables her to work closely with each client ensuring that every deliverable meets their expectations and provides them with tailor-made intelligence and ideas to build and maintain their businesses.
Prior to joining Anova, Mardan was a Senior Research Relationship Manager at Cerulli Associates. In this role, she worked closely with all Cerulli departments (sales, research, executive management, international offices, and marketing) to maximize client communication. She managed relationships with Cerulli’s research partnerships including negotiations and expansion opportunities, and she was in constant contact with senior-level executives at Cerulli’s clients to communicate research methodology and deepen relationships.
Before that, Mardan was a Senior Associate in Cambridge Associates’ client management group responsible for client service, retention, and development efforts, as well as analytics (including, but not limited to, risk / return, peer group analysis, fees vs. performance, assets vs. performance, service type vs. performance).
Mardan is originally from outside Philadelphia and is, and always will be, an avid Philly sports fan. She currently lives in Charlestown and is a regular volunteer visitor of an elderly woman through Ethos, a local non-profit organization.
Mardan is a graduate of James Madison University where she received her Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in finance and a minor in economics.
Jack supports Anova’s research team by analyzing research data, creating reports, and making recommendations to clients based on research findings.
Jack joins Anova after graduating from Williams College with a BA in Economics. During his time at Williams, Jack gained experience working for Standish Management and Gurnet Consulting, where he focused on analysis and reporting for both internal and external operations as well as interfacing with key executives.
Jack also lettered all four years for the Williams football team and was the 2015 recipient of the Rakov Award for leadership on the team. During his time in college Jack also contributed through community service with school systems in the local area. Jack is a native of Rhode Island and currently resides in Cambridge.
Connor assists Anova’s research team in quantitative and qualitative analysis of research data, survey instrument design, preparation of executive-level client presentations, and developing actionable insights from research programs.
He joined the team at Anova after starting his career with MFS Investment Management where he was a Business Analyst within the global Information Technology unit. There, his contributions spanned across many functions including reporting, performance metric analysis, systems development, and budgetary forecasting.
Originally from Philadelphia, Connor graduated from Northeastern in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a minor in Business Administration. During his tenure there, he was also member of the Varsity Men’s Rowing team where he started all four years and contributed to some of the program’s most successful seasons; finishing top-seven nationally every year. At Northeastern, Connor also organized charitable endeavors with the local Make-a-Wish Foundation and Team IMPACT, coordinating volunteering and fundraising campaigns for children in Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
