Jeannine joined Anova at its inception and continues to bring 25 years of client relationship management, business strategy, and sales experience to the firm. She has contributed in many areas from participating in and leading the executive interview team to human resources and employee development. Today, Jeannine focuses on Anova’s employees, caring for their training, development, and other HR experiences. She also plays a key role on Anova’s marketing team, strategizing content for articles and podcasts as well as marketplace education webinars.
Prior to joining the firm, Jeannine was Director of Client Relationship Management for Authoria, Inc., a leading enterprise software provider. She also served as Assistant Vice President of Operations for American Finance Group, a lease financing and financial services institution.
Jeannine lives in the Greater Boston area with her husband and two children. In her free time, Jeannine offers mindfulness to varied learners, ranging from two-years-old to eighty-eight years old. She volunteers within the Brookline Public School systems teaching character curriculum, Understanding our Differences & Similarities. Jeannine enjoys cooking and keeping up with her friends and family.
Jeannine is a graduate of St. Michael’s College where she earned a BA in Modern Languages, with honors.
Senior Program Director, Financial Services
Arnold is a Senior Program Director for Anova’s investment management practice. He is responsible for gathering insights for Anova’s clients through in-depth interviews with institutional investors and consultants.
Prior to joining Anova, Arnold had a long and diverse career in the financial services industry. He was most recently a principal at STW Fixed Income Management in Santa Barbara, California and previously held management, marketing, and client service positions at ICMA Retirement Corporation
Arnold grew up in Delaware, Ohio and has three sons, a daughter and two grandchildren. In his free time, he enjoys swimming and fitness training. He also loves listening to music, a hobby that may have influenced his youngest son, who is a professional rock musician. Arnold is also a chili aficionado and a two-time participant in the F.X. Tolbert-Wick Fowler International Chili Cook-Off Championship, which is held in Terlingua, Texas each fall.
Arnold holds a BA in Business Administration from Hanover College.
R. Curtis Gilmore
Senior Program Director, Financial Services
Curt conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services clients. He is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.
Curt is a seasoned private wealth investment advisor experienced at portfolio analysis, asset allocation, and portfolio and performance reviews. He has 29 years of successful sales and marketing experience with investment and debt products and an in-depth knowledge of asset management and the capital markets.
Prior to joining Anova, Curt worked at Communications Capital Group, Washington Mutual, Imperial Capital Bank, American Commercial Finance, BankBoston, Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., and Winthrop Financial Associates.
Curt has an undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and an MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from Babson College.
Senior Program Director, Technology, Healthcare, and Financial Services
Patty brings more than 15 years of experience in all phases of market research to her role as Senior Program Director for Anova’s technology, healthcare, and financial services clients.
Prior to joining Anova, as Principal of her own market research consulting firm, Patty’s clients included Fidelity, Sovereign Bank, Starfish LLC, and eHouse Studios. Prior to consulting, Patty held positions in consumer market research at Maybelline, Duracell, Gillette, Imagitas, and Dunkin’ Brands.
Patty has an MBA in Marketing from the Owen School of Management at Vanderbilt University and a BA in English from Wellesley College.
Senior Program Director, Financial Services Practice
Eileen conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services and defined contribution clients. She is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.
Eileen joins Anova after an 18-year career working with New York Life Retirement Plan Services. During her time at New York Life, she filled various roles including Vice President of Relationship Management, Assistant Vice President of Project Management and Manager of Internal Sales. Her responsibilities included overseeing the training of associates on ERISA regulations, overseeing the plan sponsor conversion / onboarding process, and overseeing the content and development of the quarterly plan sponsor newsletters.
Eileen lives on Long Island, New York with her five young children, her husband, and her Wheaten Terrier, Minnie. In her free time she enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, spending time in the theatre watching her girls sing and dance and on the lacrosse and baseball fields watching her boys.
Eileen attended the Boston Conservatory of Music where she studied Musical Theatre.

Lisa conducts interviews with senior executives, directors, and managers for Anova’s healthcare, technology, and financial services clients. Lisa has over 20 years of experience gathering insights to help businesses innovate and improve their processes, products, and services.
Lisa’s experience ranges from market research and sales enablement to product launch and marketing communications, across a variety of businesses and industries. Prior to joining Anova, Lisa was a Product Marketing Manager in the healthcare industry, most recently with Wolters Kluwer and Hologic. Previously, she was involved with non-profit and consumer goods organizations. Lisa has also managed a variety of marketing, research, and analysis projects with a focus on determining needs and recommending solutions.
Lisa earned an MBA with a Marketing concentration from Bentley College Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business and a BA in Psychology and German from Colgate University.
Senior Program Director, Financial Services and Technology
John conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services clients and technology. He is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.
With 30 years of financial services experience, John has held leadership positions in relationship management, business development, and investment operations roles. He has led large international teams in global expansion, process re-engineering, strategic development, client servicing, and technology initiatives. His career includes executive positions at Wellington Management Company, Brown Brothers Harriman, Northern Trust Co., and Putnam Investments.
John earned an MBA from Suffolk University and received his BS in Marketing from Boston College.

Bob is a Senior Program Director for Anova’s technology practice. He is responsible for gathering insights for Anova’s clients through in-depth interviews with a variety of technology companies.
Bob brings deep technology experience to Anova, cumulated throughout a long and diverse career in the technology industry. Most recently, he was Vice-President of Product Management and Product Marketing at Progress Software Corporation. Prior to, Bob held positions in Channel Management and Business Development. He has also worked at several emerging e-commerce and technology start-ups in General Management and Marketing positions as well as at Digital Equipment in Marketing and Finance.
Bob received an MBA from Babson College and a BBA in Finance from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst.
Senior Program Director
Marci brings more than 25 years of experience to Anova’s Senior Interviewing team, conducting market research projects in the financial services and technology space.
She has spent most of her career at Bain & Company, serving as both a Consultant and Strategy Practice Area Specialist. Marci was also the lead researcher for three business growth strategy books published by Bain & Company/Harvard Business School Press. She has worked across a range of industries, and has helped businesses and non-profit organizations operate efficiently and effectively. Marci’s focus is in growth strategy, marketing, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
Marci has two grown children and lives in the Boston area with her husband. She is an active volunteer in her community and enjoys playing tennis. Marci graduated from Dartmouth College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and earned her M.B.A. at The Harvard Graduate School of Business Administration.

Prior to joining Anova, Eileen was Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments for ten years where she was trained in organizational development and behavioral interviewing techniques. She also worked for the Fidelity Family Office as Director of HR for the Chief Executive and his family. Most recently Eileen worked as Director of Sales and Operations for a start-up personal care business where she was responsible for retail execution in the mass market. She has experience with B2B and B2C technology, sales, and operations.
Eileen lives on the South Shore of Boston with her husband and three children. In her free time, she enjoys running, reading, traveling and cooking with a specific interest in food as medicine for improving health.
Eileen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Massachusetts.

Deb conducts market research projects for Anova’s financial services clients. She is responsible for in-depth interviews with senior executives and financial advisors across a broad spectrum of investment and retirement plan products.
With over 20 years of experience in the mutual fund and retirement industry, Deb has held leadership positions in Relationship Management, Project Management, and Product Development. She has collaborated with institutional clients to bring innovative solutions to their retirement products. In addition, she oversaw retirement operational areas including Sales Support, New Business Implementation, and Compliance.
Deb grew up all over the world as her father served in the U.S.A.F. She lives in the Boston area with her husband and son. In her free time, Deb is an active volunteer with Bible Study Fellowship and the Franklin Music Boosters. She also loves to paint, kayak, and ski.
Deb is PMP certified and is a graduate of Calvin University where she earned a BA in Political Science.

Donna conducts market research and in-depth interviews with executives and consultants across a wide variety of financial services organizations.
She brings diverse experience across many sectors to Anova’s research team, including insurance, sales, and non-profit. This wide-reaching experience contributes to her breadth of knowledge and ability to understand complex business structures and deliverables. From contributing to a start-up wholesale insurance brokerage firm to the development of non-profit organizations, Donna is familiar with implementing strategic workflows, defining and developing internal management systems, and program management.
Donna is a native of Cape Cod, MA and lives Buffalo, NY with her husband. She has three adult children and enjoys spending time with them whenever possible. In her free time, she also enjoys practicing yoga, traveling, reading.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from The University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign.
